From Section 8 to CEO

Where you live shapes who you become.
We bring lived experience to every community we serve.

We Partner Differently Because We've Lived It

Our founder grew up in Section 8 public housing, on welfare, without a father in the home. That lived experience shapes every partnership we build with faith communities, municipalities, and nonprofits—because we know what's at stake when a deal falls through.

Workshop

Two Generations. One Mission.

A father who served on City Council and a daughter who analyzed deals at an institutional real estate firm. Together, we combine public sector insight with private sector precision to unlock potential that others overlook.

Meeting

Nine Degrees. Both Sides of the Table.

Brown University. University of Southern California. University of Pennsylvania. Eight years on the Kansas City Council. We navigate complexity because we have sat where you sit—and we bring every credential, every lesson, and every relationship to the work.
