Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellation by Participant

If a participant wishes to cancel their enrollment in a course, they must do so at least 7 days prior to the course start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Cancellation by The Nash Group

The Nash Group reserves the right to cancel a course due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the course non-viable. If The Nash Group cancels a course, registrants will be offered a full refund.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

 

On-Demand Courses

For on-demand courses, we cannot offer refunds once a course has been accessed in any manner.

 

Late Arrival/ Missed Sessions

Participants who arrive late or miss sessions will not be granted partial refunds.
